Group Chief Operating Officer, Dubai World
Ms Maryam Sharaf has been with the Dubai World Group for more than five years. She was appointed Group Chief Operating Officer of Dubai World in 2009. Prior to this she served as Group CFO, and previously as Financial Controller for Dubai World. Before joining Dubai World, she worked in various managerial positions at Dubai Petroleum Company, a subsidiary of ConocoPhillips.
As well as being a Board Member of Dubai World, Ms Sharaf is also a Board Member of all Dubai World’s Investment Boards. She has more than 20 years of experience in the finance industry.
